Hi everyone,
I just wanted to know if this program can track android tablets. Like:
-A tablet with only GPS and wifi connection
Tablet 7" SAMSUNG GALAXY Tab 2 7.0 8GB P3110 for example, or
Tablet 7" SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 T210 Wi-Fi or
Tablet 8" SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 T310 Wi-Fi
-A tablet with the above plus 3G
Tablet 8" SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 T311 3G Wi-Fi
Tablet 10.1" SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 P5200 3G Wi-Fi
Thank you!

Hi,
it should run on all tablets but it needs an internet connection. So if your tables has WIFI only and no 3G you have to ensure that there is WLAN available when you want to update your location.

Great app, it runs fine on my Acer Iconia, which does have WiFi but not 3G.
I'll be trying this out on a train journey where WiFi will only be available at stations, does this App store tracking data until it finds a WiFi hotspot and then upload it automatically to my watchers, or will gaps appear in the track between hotspots?
Similarly if I switch WiFi off will it store data and upload it when I next switch it on? For example I may not want people to see my track until I get to the destination, or I may want to save battery until I get to a mains outlet.

Hi,
yes, if the tracker has no internet connection it will buffer all recorded trackpoints and sent them all at once as soon as connection is back again. Afterwards there should not be any gaps anymore (unless the GPS signal is too weak).
