overlay maps don't work?

I configured an overlay map but I'm not seeing anything. I'm wondering whether it can't display waypoints or perhaps the loading doesn't follow redirects? The URL is https://www.dropbox.com/s/2rt04z5lkf3eb ... hannel.kml

I'm afraid this link is not valid. If click the link the browser does not start a download, instead I see a link to dropbox. So you need to use a link which directly points to the KML file, and where no authentication is necessary.
