Embedding issue

I have been successfully using the embedding function for years now, but today i noticed that the map does not load correctly - stating that "If you would like to embed this map into your own page please click here: Request for frame"

I verified the HTML code and it is correct. What can be the issue? I want to send a screen shot, but I can't seem to find a way to attach to this message.

For now I prefer to keep this limit. But if you want to avoid the temporary deactivation just contact me a short time before the expiration date so I can renew the license sooner.
