Is it possible to add a SMS function to grab a single location datapoint then switch tracking straight off again, rather than sending an SMS to start then another to stop.

Re: SMS to receive a single location then stop tracking
Hi,
I think it should be possible. I can't say how much effort it is but I will put it to my TODO list. Unfortunately this list is growing and growing and my spare time is shrinking and shrinking . Any news concerning your battery problem?

I haven't really looked into the battery drain since i last posted, i just have to remember to stop the tracking when i don't need it. The phone lasts on standby for around 5-6 days, and tracks for about 12 or so hours so that is really enough .

SMS to receive a single location is possible now. Just download the newest version and check the settings. Maybe the new remote command feature in the web portal is also useful.
